Sir, – The consistently excellent John Sharry ("Ask the Expert", Health + Family, March 24th) responds to the case of a young child with an irrational fear of Mr Tayto.
Having seen the latest television advertising campaign for Tayto crisps, featuring a life-size Mr Tayto loitering at homes and bus stops, dispensing unwanted advice to young people concerning the visibility of their underwear or the tightness of their shorts, I would think the child’s fears are entirely justified. – Yours, etc,
