Sir, - It was very heartening to read the report in your edition of June 11th of the welcome given to the new Lord Mayor of Belfast, Mr Maskey, by the incoming Presbyterian Moderator, Rt Rev Dr Russell Birney.
It was a firm Christian act in difficult circumstances.
