Sir, - I do hope Cabinet members - especially the Taoiseach - got stuck in traffic in Limerick, Ennis, Tuam, Sligo and Bundoran on their way from Killarney to Donegal for their various pow-wows last week.
They might then just realise that bypasses for all these towns are more important than. . .well, we all know what, don't we, Bertie? - Yours, etc.,
