Madam, - I was left feeling a bit short-changed as I watched the Oireachtas report on Tuesday evening. It was the Taoiseach's question time and the Dáil was less than a quarter full. During the British prime minister's equivalent session, the House of Commons is invariably replete with members who enjoy grilling him on matters of importance to their constituents.
