Sir, – Responding to a letter from Patrick Judge (February 29th) about his height loss, Paul Griffin (March 2nd) reveals that he too is shrinking in size by a couple of inches, while his feet are growing larger. This revelation merely adds weight to “Delaney’s Postulate”, which advances this not-so-ridiculous notion: “What one loses in inches,one gains in feet.” – Yours, etc,
