Digital Covid vaccination certificate

Sir, – I know quite a few people who are still awaiting their digital Covid vaccination certificate, as am I. Numerous phone calls to the “dedicated helpline” later (without being answered by the way) and now the new online status update, which tells me that “We are missing some relevant data related to your vaccination record”. So back to the non-answering helpline with the irritating Americanised computer voice message, interspersed with an equally irritating solo saxophone number, to while away the hours or possibly days. At least not having a digital pass will keep me out of the pub. – Yours, etc,
