Cones and other driving hazards

Sir, – The cones ’n’ phones letters (July 29th & 30th) are all very well. But how can you grapple with a cone in your mouth, your tongue in your cheek and a phone in your hand, with ubiquitous bottles of water popping up, while trying to drive? It requires the dexterity of an octopus to attempt this feat. – Yours, etc,
