Sir, – I was intrigued when passing a local bank to see a notice on the door, prominently displayed, stating that no dogs, apart from guide dogs, were allowed on the premises.
I wonder if this course of action is a direct result of the recent high- profile tax case in the UK involving a bank account in the name of one man and his dog? Surely as both parties were found to be totally innocent, this is utter discrimination against dogs? – Yours, etc,
