Sir, – I have an alternative to Ken Mawhinney’s suggestion to make goalposts of the Poolbeg chimneys ( November 21st). Cut one of them off at ground level and use it as a top bar on the other one. The giant “T” would remind future generations of the troika. – Yours, etc,
