Sir, – The Irish Federation of University (IFUT) had its beginnings in a meeting of academics from UCD, TCD, UCG, UCC and St Patrick’s College, Maynooth, held in Galway in 1963. As part of our celebrations, we are trying to trace surviving members from the 1960s, especially those who were members from the outset. We are also looking for memorabilia (photographs, documents, etc) from our early years; as well as good anecdotes.
