Madam, - Having the Taoiseach discussing peacekeeping arrangements with President Bush on St Patrick's Day must be seen as condoning the Bush administration's unjust war and continuing occupation of Iraq and the illegal incarceration of 500 Afghan prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.
