Sir, – Michael Harding annoys me. His vague spiritual essays get on my nerves. But his most recent column about the poor young man who had no more choices was magnificent (Life, September 18th). It was a stunning piece of writing, and I am humbled by his insight. Please keep annoying me. – Yours, etc,
