Sir, – Is it not a sad reflection on our Governments, North and South, that whereas we are one health region for animals, which worked so well for the foot-and-mouth crisis some years ago, that we have different systems North and South for a pandemic, with, it seems, no significant coordination, and to the disadvantage of both jurisdictions. – Yours, etc,
