Sir, – It can’t be long until we will see the topic of “word of the year” in news stories. I wonder if it’s too early to speculate on one for 2025?
As the next US administration comes together, we are told a “wresting mogul” will take charge of education, someone opposed to vaccination and pharmaceutical products will oversee health, while the proposed attorney general’s legal experience seems to mostly be as a suspect in various unsavoury cases. Might “idiocracy” be the theme of 2025? – Yours, etc,
