Sir, – Frank J Byrne’s letter (October 19th), referring to “entitled parents who insist on taking their small offspring on holidays”, suggests seating this “cohort” in a specific zone on the plane.
How sad for him that he cannot enjoy the fun and excitement of young families heading away together.
How fortunate is he that he can spend a couple of weeks in warmer climes, but I would suggest he takes his extended breaks during school terms when it might be a little quieter. However, he should be careful because it’s a busy time for hen and stag parties heading abroad. – Yours, etc,
