Sir, – A letter in The Irish Times (“VAT and dairy milk alternatives”, October 15th) has us in the Green Party quite stirred up. A huge price increase in non-dairy milk alternatives? Thankfully, on looking into it, it was no more than a storm in a teacup. No increase on the way. Celebratory soy lattés all round. There won’t be an oat milked in Green Party HQ for a week! – Yours, etc,
