Sir, – I cannot thank the members of the Garda Síochána enough for their good humour, kindness and assistance in helping our daughter, who uses a wheelchair, make her way stress free to the Aviva last week for the Taylor Swift concert.
As I waited for her and her friend to exit post-concert, it was impressive to watch the gardaí assist and direct concert-goers to their various destinations.
They were actively seeking out anyone who looked lost or needed help.
Their professionalism and good humour contributed positively to a very joyful evening.
