Sir, – Ian Graham (Letters, May 25th) is mistaken about baptism in the Church of Ireland.
Regardless of the recent motion in the General Synod, according to the Canons Ecclesiastical, baptism may not be refused.
But what the priest may say to parents about the nature of baptism is another matter. – Yours, etc,
