Sir, – The article “Losses narrow at State’s most expensive day school” (Business, May 1st) quotes a spokesman as saying that Nord Anglia is “the only international school in Dublin to offer the international baccalaureate curriculum”. At St Andrew’s College in Booterstown, we have been educating hundreds of students, both domestic and international, in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme since 1983, making us the oldest IB World School in Co Dublin.
Our students have the choice of pursuing the Leaving Certificate or the international baccalaureate. – Yours, etc,
