Sir, – As Frank McNally slips into the age of mild forgetfulness, where I currently reside, and searches for his car in unfamiliar car parks (An Irishman’s Diary, March 9th), may I suggest that he uses his iPhone to take a photograph of its position? I have found that this action has helped me discover my car and many hotel rooms. – Yours, etc,
