Sir, – In many cases, current affairs discussions on radio descend to a shouting match between participants and, in my case anyway, result in just turning them off in frustration.
Perhaps the solution to this problem would be to oblige the said participants to sit down after the programme and to listen to the debacle which they have inflicted on listeners.
They might in future afford some courtesy to each other and allow their audience to hear every point of view. – Yours, etc,
