Sir, – When I was a medical student, many years ago now, one of our best teachers advised that all medical students should have an admission to hospital to understand what the experience was like from the patient’s point of view.
Observing my wife’s experiences in various public hospitals in the last two years, I think the same recommendation should be made to aspiring health service administrators. – Yours, etc,
