Sir, – Your paper’s online version has become less enjoyable since your decision to prevent subscribers from commenting on opinion pieces.
Admittedly, some commenters say too much and too often but they are outweighed by many interesting contributions.
Limiting contributions to two or three per person per article would eliminate the “noise” of those who contribute excessively. – Yours, etc,
