In Southern Report last Tuesday, Mr John Kelly of Survivors of Child Abuse (SOCA) Ireland was quoted as saying that SOCA UK received government funding. Mr Mick Waters, chairman of SOCA UK, states that his organisation is a self-supporting group which does not receive funds from government or any other body.
