Victoria Falls - African leaders, including President Laurent Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo, began arriving in Victoria Falls yesterday for talks aimed at finding a peaceful solution to the Congolese conflict.

Mr Kabila's presence at the summit in the Zimbabwean resort had been in doubt earlier yesterday, and his arrival raised the prospect of all parties in the month-long conflict meeting for direct talks for the first time.
