A woman in her thirties died this morning in a collision between two cars on the main Limerick to Foynes road .
It is understood Josephine Greaney (36) of Newcastlewest, Co.Limerick, was a back seat passenger in one of the cars.
Four people injured in the crash have been taken to the Mid Western Regional Hospital. The crash happened just before 6.30 a.m.
