The woman who witnessed the murder of the British soldier last week has decided not to go to his funeral. Lance Bombardier Stephen Restorick's funeral is due to take place next Monday in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Mrs Lorraine McElroy, who lives in Bessbrook, Co Armagh, said she had cancelled her plan to travel to the funeral on the advice of her doctor. Mrs McElroy was grazed on the head when Lance "Bombardier Restorick was shot dead.
