Camp Zeist - Judges at the Lockerbie trial were yesterday considering whether a witness who is refusing to answer questions may be jailed for contempt of court.
The move follows dramatic scenes when the defence lawyer, Mr Richard Keen QC, clashed in court with the convicted Palestinian terrorist, Mohammed Abu Talb. Mr Keen, representing one of two Libyan men accused of bombing Pan Am Flight 103, argued yesterday that the Scottish court sitting in Holland has legal power to jail Talb if he continues to refuse to answer questions about his military past.
