Camp Zeist - A Libyan accused in the Lockerbie bombing handled baggage and tags at the Malta airport where prosecutors say the bomb was loaded on to the airliner, witnesses said yesterday.

A travel agent, Mr Dennis Burke, said that Mr Al-Amin Khalifa Fahima worked for Libyan Arab Airlines at Luqa Airport in Malta in 1988. He pointed to Mr Fahima in the dock and said: "He is here."
