The widow of the RUC officer who died from injuries sustained during loyalist rioting last month has condemned the killers of her husband, Constable Frankie O'Reilly (30), who died last week after sustaining injuries during protests over Drumcree.

His wife Janice told Sunday Life: "He was only doing his job. It is so pointless."
