London - The Conservative Party MP, Ms Ann Widdecombe, was heckled and chased by protesters as she left Edinburgh Book Festival in a taxi, Scottish police said yesterday.
Police said about 50 people demonstrating in favour of asylum-seekers took part in the protest. One man was arrested.
