Lusaka - The Zambian President, Mr Frederick Chiluba, yesterday told Western governments to stop meddling in Zambia's affairs and appealed to other African leaders to support his stand against donor countries.

The US, Britain and the Commonwealth, have condemned the detention of former president Mr Kenneth Kaunda (73) under state of emergency laws imposed by Mr Chiluba after a failed coup by rebel soldiers last October.
