Moscow - Russian authorities said yesterday they had issued an international arrest warrant for an exiled media magnate, Mr Vladimir Gusinsky.
However, his spokesman dismissed the move as an attempt at intimidation, saying the tycoon was not in hiding and the authorities of the countries where he spent most of his time were aware of his movements.
