Moscow - Russia's leading prosecutor issued an arrest warrant yesterday for the independent media tycoon, Mr Vladimir Gusinsky, on fraud charges after the prominent Kremlin critic refused to return from abroad for questioning.
Mr Gusinsky's arrest was ordered after the businessman again flouted a summons to appear before prosecutors in a dispute over his Media-MOST company's bid to settle debts to government-controlled natural gas giant Gazprom.
