Racing:  Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf winner Nownownow, who was not declared for this weekend's 2000 Guineas at Newmarket, is being prepared for the Irish equivalent instead.

The American-bred colt has not yet raced for David Wachman, who he was sent to earlier this year by owners Fab Oak Stable. The trainer has also entered Nownownow in the Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial and the St James's Palace Stakes.

"He's all right and I think we are going to aim him for the Irish Guineas," said the Tipperary handler, who felt his charge was not quite ready for an outing this Saturday.

The son of Whywhywhy enjoyed his finest moment to date when beating the Aidan O'Brien-trained Achill Island by half a length at Monmouth Park last October.
