Police in the North are appealing for information after vandals smashed flagstones and tore up railings at Armagh Cathedral.
The damage to some 25 steps from the Moy Road car park up to the cathedral is thought to have been done between 11pm on Thursday night and 8am on Friday morning.
The PSNI described the damage as "considerable".
It appealed for anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to contact police.
