Washington - The US Senate yesterday unanimously voted to ease US sanctions imposed on Pakistan and India because of their nuclear tests, because of fears US farmers would otherwise bear the cost in lost exports. Senators voted 98 to 0 to exempt credit and guarantees provided by US authorities to support food and medicine exports from the arms export control act.
