Berlin - The US and North Korea held a second session of talks designed to reduce tension on the divided Korean peninsula yesterday. The bilateral meetings, scheduled to last until Saturday, are the first since the communist state last week declared an existing sea border with South Korea invalid and threatened to use force to defend the frontier it had redrawn further south.
