Unleaded petrol price increase

Irish Shell announced yesterday that it would absorb 0.8 pence per litre (ppl) of the 4ppl increase in Unleaded 98 petrol announced in the Budget. The company said it would absorb 1.1p of the 4ppl increase in leaded petrol. "Shell is also reducing the price of its Unleaded 95 petrol by 0.9p per litre," it added.
