All 50 passengers and crew aboard a Ukrainian airliner have died as it crashed on its final approach to an Iranian airport.
The An-140 twin-engined turboprop crashed near a village while preparing to land in Isfahan, 250 miles south of Tehran.
The regional airliner was carrying a group of Ukrainian and Russian aircraft engineers to attend the first official flight of the Iranian version of the plane.
"There were 44 passengers, including one child, and six crew members on board, and all of them died in the crash," said a Ukrainian Transport Ministry spokeswoman.
