Kampala - Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where rebels killed eight foreign tourists and four Ugandan park officials a month ago, is likely to reopen today, a tourism official said yesterday.
"All we need now is for people to go to the park and visit it. It has been thoroughly inspected by security organisations and by wildlife authorities and it is now ready to receive tourists again," Mr Nathan Nakashira, head of marketing at the Uganda Tourist Board, said.
