Two women in their 80s were being treated for shock at Limerick Regional Hospital last night, after being locked in the pantry of their Newcastlewest home by two intruders for more than 36 hours. The women were discovered by a relative at 7 p.m. last night, having been locked in the pantry since early on Sunday morning.
