A bomb attack west of Baghdad today killed one US soldier and wounded three, whileanother soldier was killed in a separate attack in the city.
Statements from US Central Command said the attack west ofBaghdad involved an improvised explosive device in the town ofFalluja, and that the soldier killed in the capital was in a convoythat came under attack.
