Two fined over indecent material

Two men pleaded guilty at Craigavon Magistrates Court yesterday to charges relating to indecent material. Thomas Alister Moore, Greenfield Gardens, Portadown, and William Wilson Virtue, Parkmore, Craigavon, faced charges that between April 1st, 1994, and December 7th, 1994, they were knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion or attempted evasion of a prohibition regarding a quantity of indecent or obscene video tapes and magazines. They were each fined £100 and ordered to pay £77.50 costs.
