Two people died yesterday after separate crashes in Northern Ireland.

A man (73) was killed when the car he was driving hit a wall in the Dunadry area of Co Antrim at around 5pm on the Ballybentragh Road.

Elsewhere, an woman (88) died in hospital three days after she was struck by a car in Saintfield, Co Down. The woman, who was a pedestrian, was hit in Woodrow Gardens at around 4pm on Thursday.
