Two men were charged on Saturday night in connection with the death of Mr Ken Foley (45), who was found lying in the stairwell of a maisonette complex for the elderly at Jamestown Court in Inchicore, Dublin, early on Friday.
Mr John Cleary (20), of Mark's Avenue, Clondalkin, was charged with murder at a special sitting of the Bridewell District Court. Mr Don Knowles (19), of Tyrone Place, Inchicore, was charged with assault.
