A date has been fixed for the trial of a 19-year-old Co Clare man charged with the murder of his sister last year.

A date has been fixed for the trial of a 19-year-old Co Clare man charged with the murder of his sister last year.

Patrick O'Dwyer of Shrohill, Ennistymon, is charged with the murder of his 17-year old sister, Marguerite, at the family home on November 29 th, 2004.

At the Central Criminal Court this morning, Mr Justice Paul Carney fixed June 14th for the trial to be heard at the Central Criminal Court sitting in Ennis, Co Clare.
