JAKARTA - Four men from East Timor sought political asylum in the Spanish embassy in Jakarta yesterday as students staged a brief protest on the fifth anniversary of the killings of at least 50 demonstrators in the troubled territory.
The Indonesian Foreign Ministry said it had no objection to them going to another country.
