Geneva - The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mrs Mary Robinson, said yesterday that those responsible for gross human rights violations in East Timor last year must not escape responsibility.
She told a news conference that her office was supporting Indonesia's efforts to establish a national court and bring people to justice.
