Three youths robbed a bank in Bray this morning and escaped with a sum of money.

Three youths robbed a bank in Bray this morning and escaped with a sum of money.

The theft happened at 10 a.m. when the robbers, wearing balaclavas and carrying a meat cleaver and hammer, entered the Bank of Ireland on Main Street in the Co Wicklow town.

The robbers got away in a BMW that was found abandoned. No one was injured in the incident.
